Using our Beacon Mosque Accreditation criteria, you can assess whether your Mosque meets the requirements of a 3-star, 4-star or 5-star Beacon Mosque.

The form below will ask a few simple questions on your capacity and current procedures which you can answer by ticking the options which best represent your Mosque. The form will take less than 5 minutes to complete after which we will contact you to provide feedback about your Mosque based on your answers, along with a ‘provisional’ Beacon Mosque accreditation.
